Interoperability SOA Architecture for Telecom BSS/OSS systems with multiservice composition capabilities.
This cooperative R&D project is funded by the Spanish nacional entity CDTI through the “Feder Innterconecta Galicia 2011” program. AIBOT is developed by the consortium formed by the companies Sivsa, Optare Solutions and Discalis, and the technological center Gradiant.
AIBOT will focus on the development of an integrated SOA architecture to address the interoperability between telecom BSS and OSS systems using the standards defined by TeleManagement Forum in its Frameworx initiative. AIBOT will also include capabilities to include external service providers into the telecom operators ecosystem to develop the Two-Sided business model that allow telecom providers to increase their revenues.
Optare Solutions main objective in AIBOT is the development of the integrated SOA architecture using the Frameworx recommendations and standards in the Fulfillment area. This reference architecture will serve as a quick start package to integrate telecom BSS and OSS systems from different vendors in the same operator and it will be tested with the Oracle Communications products stack. Optare Solutions will also study and design a common information model between telecom operators and third party service providers to integrate their services into the telecom fulfillment, assurance and billing systems.
