This R&D project is funded by the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) with record No. IN852A 2013/69 through the call of subventions “CONECTA PYME” of the year 2013. The project is developed by a consortium with Elogia as project leader, Softgasa and Optare Solutions, supported by Gradiant as research agency.
TICE project researches on different ways to meet e-commerce consumers needs, by providing a system that allows companies to improve their campaigns, and final users to find the information they really want. In this project, an analytical tool will be developed for:
- Analyzing the communications “quality of service” within e-commerce services
- Analysis of users likes and habits with public profiles
- Study user’s responses and emotions to the products and offers displayed on mobile devices
In TICE project, Optare Solutions will develop proprietary technologies which allow the analysis of the quality perceived by the users (QoE, Quality of Experience) of their use of communications systems for digital services use. For this purpose, we’ll analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) provided by a communication system and tries to transform this measures into its equivalent QoE service usage. This study will also help to analyze which technical aspects of the service provided by CSPs have more influence on the user QoE, allowing CSPs to focus their efforts on improving the network elements related to these measures.
The project TICE Tecnoloxías intelixentes para o comercio electrónico has been granted under the order of 3 of September of 2013 where were established the regulatory basis for the awarding, in competitive rules the CONECTA PEME grants to encourage the cooperation public private through research and development collaborative projects among SME in strategic areas for the autonomous community of Galicia, cofinanced with the European Union FEDER funds in the operative framework Feder Galicia 2007-2013, with procedure code IN8852A and administrative record IN852A 2013/69 by 131.651,05 €.
