Optare Solutions acquires Mexican company Cinko Shared Service Center

• The acquisition strengthens Optare Solutions’ presence in Mexico and expands its capabilities in automation and digital transformation.

Optare Solutions has completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Cinko Shared Service Center S.A.P.I. de C.V. (CinkoSSC), a Mexico City-based company specializing in technological consulting and process automation using advanced technologies like RPA (Robotic Process Automation). This acquisition reinforces Optare Solutions’ presence in the LATAM market and complements its automation solutions portfolio.

CinkoSSC is projected to close 2024 with revenues of approximately €1.4 million, significantly contributing to the consolidated revenue growth of Optare Solutions in the region.

With a team of nearly 30 professionals and a strong client base in telecommunications, retail, and industry, CinkoSSC will significantly bolster Optare Solutions’ expansion, enhancing its capacity to deliver innovative and efficient solutions in the region. This strategic reinforcement will improve Optare Solutions’ competitiveness in emerging markets and provide more comprehensive services to its clients.

Furthermore, collaboration with Indeplo, one of CinkoSSC’s selling entities, opens doors to new business opportunities, particularly in private networks for industry. This collaboration combines Optare’s expertise in deploying solutions with Indeplo’s strategic agreements in specialized hardware distribution.
