Optare Solutions’ Conduct and Ethics Code is the main instrument that governs our performance and describes the requirements that every person working with and for OPTARE must meet. It contains the rules and principles that we assume in our business and in our relations with stakeholders.

We make this anonymous communication channel available to our entire team, as well as to those individuals or companies who have any type of relationship with our society (employees, suppliers, franchisees, etc.). At Optare Solutions, we are committed to transparency and ethical culture, so we would appreciate receiving any communication related to normative breaches, such as financial, accounting, commercial malpractices or unethical behaviors, in order to allow us to correct such attitudes and improve as an organization.
