Optare Solutions and Netboss Comunicaciones to implement Field Service Management solution for Hispasat

Optare Solutions, in alliance with its strategic partner Netboss Comunicaciones, has been selected to develop and implement a Field Service Management solution for Hispasat, a leading operator of satellite communications services.
This project aims to improve efficiency in the planning, assignment and execution of tasks in the field, facilitating more agile management of the technical resources and materials required for each intervention. This initiative is in line with Hispasat’s operational and technological modernisation strategy, in which technology plays a key role in order to continue offering a high quality service.
The solution will be based on Netboss Comunicaciones’ Kairos365FSM technology, designed to effectively connect field teams with operational areas and customers, facilitating comprehensive and efficient operations management.
Hispasat is a key player in the satellite telecommunications sector, recognised for its fundamental role in the provision of video signal transmission and connectivity services in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries, acting as the main telecommunications bridge between Europe and America.
