Spanish operator Finetwork, which provides fixed and mobile services nationwide, continues its growth path after surpassing €145 million in revenue in 2023. Collaboration with Optare Solutions will contribute to improving service quality for its customers by providing greater flexibility and agility to its operations.
Vigo, March 7, 2024 — Optare Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications sector, has been collaborating since late 2023 on the transformation project of Finetwork’s Operation Support Systems (OSS). This project will enable the company headquartered in Elda (Alicante) to streamline the creation of new network and digital services, reducing time-to-market and operational and evolution costs.
As part of the collaboration, new solutions are being implemented for resource and service orchestration and inventory, field service management, integration with digital service providers, as well as a new integration architecture based on the latest cloud and microservices technologies.
For the Field Service Management solution, Optare collaborates with its Partner Netboss Communications, which brings its extensive experience in this field, as well as its product Kairos365FSM, a flexible and scalable solution that allows for field operations management and process automation.
