The alliance combines Kairos365FSM, the comprehensive field service management platform developed by Netboss, with Optare’s expertise in OSS systems integration, to help Latin American operators and ISPs optimize their technical operations, reduce costs, and streamline the deployment and maintenance of FTTH networks.
Netboss Comunicaciones, a technology developer specialized in Field Service Management, and Optare Solutions, a technology consultancy specialized in OSS systems excellence and integration, today announced the strategic extension of their collaboration agreement to the Latin American market. This alliance aims to provide telecommunications operators and ISPs in the region with a comprehensive and proven solution for the end-to-end digitalization and automation of their field operations.
In a context where Latin America is experiencing accelerated growth in the deployment of fiber-optic networks (FTTH) and facing significant geographic dispersion of infrastructure, field efficiency is a critical profitability factor. The combination of both companies’ capabilities directly addresses this technical and business challenge.
On one hand, Netboss Comunicaciones provides Kairos365FSM, its platform specialized in comprehensive field service management, which optimizes work planning and assignment, technician and contractor management, field team mobility, and real-time operations tracking. On the other hand, Optare Solutions acts as an expert integrator, ensuring that this tool communicates seamlessly with the operator’s core systems (inventory, orchestration, CRM, and network platforms), reducing provisioning and fault resolution times, and optimizing contractor workflows.
This international expansion builds upon the success of joint deployments previously carried out in Europe, highlighting critical operational transformation projects with operators such as Finetwork and satellite infrastructure companies such as Hispasat. Currently, the alliance will leverage Optare Solutions’ established local structure in Latin America—operational since 2013 and led from its headquarters in Mexico City—to ensure commercial reach and on-site support for the joint solution.
