Alchemy is an R&D project funded by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Economy and Society in the 2014 call of “Acción Estratégica Economía y Sociedad Digital (AEESD)” program.
The objective of this project is to develop a prototype of a churn predictive analytics system for telecommunications operators with data obtained from their network management systems analyzing the influence of each variable in churn and propose actions to reduce it.
The project is based in the TMForum’s Big Data Analytics Reference Model. It addition, the project involves the design and development of some complementary proprietary systems to facilitate the integration between different levels with different network data sources and with the OSS and BSS systems of the operator to integrate the results in its business chain.
