Optare Solutions approaches its listing on BME Growth

  • The start of trading will take place next Tuesday, October 1st.

Optare Solutions continues to make significant progress toward its listing on the BME Growth market after successfully completing two capital increases that have strengthened the interest of both its staff and external investors. These milestones bring the company closer to its anticipated public offering, in a context of strong support from both the team and the market.

The first capital increase, amounting to €200,000 and exclusively for employees, offered the opportunity to purchase shares at a 10% discount from the initial offering price. To ensure that all interested parties could participate, a distribution system was established which, due to high demand, limited the number of shares that some individuals could acquire in this first phase. This allowed for broader internal participation in the project, although some had to rely on the second capital increase to supplement their initial investment.

The second round, aimed at external investors, sought to raise €1.8 million. The response was overwhelming, with requests reaching €2.7 million, far exceeding initial expectations. This strong interest reflects the market’s confidence in Optare Solutions’ solid growth plan and the opportunities presented by its upcoming listing.

Joining BME Growth represents a key strategic step for the company, aimed at accelerating its international expansion and strengthening its operational capacity in the sectors where it is already a leader. Additionally, it will enable Optare Solutions to increase its visibility and access new tools to maintain its leadership in an increasingly competitive and evolving environment. The professionalization of the company and the stability of its shareholder structure — with key partners committing not to sell their shares during the first year — further affirm the long-term commitment to the project.

The bell-ringing ceremony and official listing date are pending confirmation, awaiting the completion of final administrative procedures.
