OSM ESSENTIALS TRAINING

OSM ESSENTIALS I : TASKS, PROCESSES & ORDERS

This course covers OSM concepts and components. Expert instructors with long hands-on expertise, will teach you how to interact with orders, deploy cartridges and manage fallout through a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises.

By enrolling in this course, you will get the chance to conduct hands on practices that will help you in your daily job. This course will provide you the basis to start working with OSM. You will have as an instructor an OSM Architect involved in different projects along their career, so you can take advantage of their hands on experience.

OSM ESSENTIALS II: DECOMPOSITION & ORCHESTRATION

This course covers Orchestration Orders and Processes. Expert instructors with long hands-on expertise, will teach you how to dive into orchestration; they’ll also review sales order to OSM order, order item specification and more.

By enrolling in this course, you will get a full understanding of how decomposition and orchestration works in OSM, allowing the attendants understand and take advantage of the capabilities provided by OSM. You will have as an instructor an OSM Architect involved in different projects along their career, so you can take advantage of their hands on experience.

OSM ESSENTIALS III: AIA ORDER TO ACTIVATION SOLUTION

This course provides comprehensive coverage of Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM) Order-to-Activate (O2A) solution from configuration to extensibility. Expert instructors with long hands-on expertise, will teach you how to interact with orders, deploy cartridges and manage fallout through a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises

By enrolling in this course, you will get a full understanding of O2A cartridges included in RODOD solution. This will allow you speed up your implementations and time to market in an OSM implementation. You will have as an instructor an OSM Architect involved in different projects along their career, so you can take advantage of their hands on experience.

BOOTCAMPS

OSM BOOTCAMP

This is a two weeks training which includes all the basics to understand and start to design and implement solution. It will include an introduction to the OSM concepts and objects, a complete understanding of orchestration and decomposition and how to implement automation and interactions with external systems.

By enrolling in this course, you will get the chance to conduct hands on practices that will help you in your daily job, providing you the basis to work in an OSM implementation and apply to it best practices. The course is designed and led by OSM Architects with extensive hands on experience, and oriented to practical project situations. In the training you will also receive an overview of latest features included in the up to date OSM version.

SNO BOOTCAMP

This is a two weeks training which includes all the basics to understand and start to design and implement solution. It will include an introduction to the SNO concepts and its main applications: OSM and UIM, as well as the Conceptual Modelling and the Design Patternsimplementation models.

By enrolling in this course, you will get the chance to conduct hands on practices that will help you in your daily job, providing you the basis to work in an SNO implementation and apply to it best practices. The course is designed and led by OSM and UIM Architects with extensive hands on experience, and oriented to practical project situations with elaborated workshops simulating real project situations.
